The music ministry exists to help all who worship at St. Jude to grow as disciples of Christ, especially through music. Singers and instrumentalists offer their time and talent to lead the music at liturgy. For more information on using your gift of voice and/or musical instrumental skill, 

Below are opportunities to share your musical skills with our Parish. 

St. Jude Music Ensembles

• Open to parishioners high school age and older.
• Season begins after Labor Day and concludes with Pentecost Sunday.
• A great way to grow musical and choral skills while leading the assembly in praising God.

Hands of Grace Bell Choir

• Open to parishioners high school age and older.
• Season begins after Labor Day and concludes with Pentecost Sunday.
• Previous experience is not necessary.
• Rehearses on Monday nights.

Cantor/Psalmist

• The cantor is a leader of congregational song.
• Is God calling you to lead and guide the assembly in sung prayer?
• A strong voice and good musical skill are required.

Instrumentalists

• Do you play the flute, violin or trumpet? Or maybe the saxophone, guitar or tuba? Or any other instrument? 
• Consider sharing your talents with our parish on weekends throughout the year.  Help enhance the musical experience on Sunday morning!

• Open to elementary age students. 
• Music emailed to family to practice at home.
• Sing at one 8:30AM Mass per month, rehearses at 8AM.
