Baptism Registration and Preparation
Thank you for making the decision to baptize your child!
Baptism is the first step in a lifelong journey of commitment and discipleship. Whether we are baptized as infants or adults, Baptism is the Church's way of celebrating and enacting the embrace of God.
Baptism Registration
Baptisms for infants and children up to age seven are celebrated the weekend of the second Sunday of each month during one of the three weekend Masses.We do not celebrate Baptisms during the season of Lent
(except in emergency circumstances).
PLEASE NOTE:
If your family is not a registered member here, we will need a letter from your current Catholic pastor stating you are registered member at that parish and giving us permission to baptize your child(ren). -
Baptism Preparation Course
Our Baptism Preparation Course is offered the third Sunday of each month, excluding the Lenten season. Classes are held in the Parish Office Conference Room beginning at 9:30 AM. Participants will view Session 1 of the Formed video "Reborn - A New Creation" followed by a power point presentation. Additional Formed videos are available for couples to view on their own.
Participation in the Baptism Preparation Course is required for parents before the baptism of their first child. We encourage parents to sign up for and attend a Baptismal Preparation Class prior to the birth of your child.
