Loyola Press On Line Giving Instructions to make your on-line contributions Please read all the information prior to activating your online giving Click on the Online Giving title and this will take you directly to the Logos Giving Website. The following are the steps that website will take you through, you might want to copy these steps for easy reference. CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT 1)Click on Create Account 2)Fill in the information 3)Click Register You will receive an e-mail with your member account information and the password you will need to access your account. 4)Login and change your password 5)Keep the password and your user name for your records. NOTE: You may only have one user name per e-mail address. 6)Click Submit. 7)Click on Add Bank Account or Add Card (for credit card transactions). 8)If you choose Add Bank Account under Account Type in the drop-down menu choose the type of account from which your contribution will be coming. Example: Checking or Savings. You will need to have your account number and bank routing number. OR If you choose Add Card you will need your credit card number and the security number located on the back of the card. 9)Fill in the information and click on Add Account. MAKING A CONTRIBUTION 10)Click on New Automated Contribution if you want recurring transactions. OR Go to the Home Page for a one-time contribution. 11)Choose the method by which you would like to contribute. Fill in the amounts and information as required and click on Make Contribution or Submit in the case of a one-time contribution. VERIFYING CONTRIBUTIONS 12)Scroll to the bottom of the page to click on Complete Contributions or Change to correct an entry and repeat the steps. 13)Print the page if you would like for your records OR Click Finish to exit. FOR YOUR INFORMATION On the bottom, right-hand side of the Logo’s Giving home page you will find an at-a-glance summary of your information. Example: User Info, YTD Contributions, Recurring Contributions and Funds. A contribution will not appear on this page until the St. Jude office posts all contributions each week. Certain funds such as regular offertory, Building Fund and our Helping Hands fund will be available at all times. Others, such as diocesan collections, will only be available during specific times of the year. Be certain that the funds are available for the transfer because if there are insufficient funds, your financial institution will charge the same fees as if you were writing a check. If you are using direct deposit, enter the amount in your checkbook register regularly. If you change banks or credit cards, you can go into your profile and edit your account. If you provided more than one email address on the parish information form, this email will be forwarded to each address. We’ve left it to you to decide which email address(es) to use for your online giving. Contributor acknowledges that data processing entails the risk of human and machine errors, omissions, delays, and losses, including inadvertent loss or misstatement of data which may give rise to loss or damage. Accordingly contributor agrees that the Catholic Community of St. Jude shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
