Infant baptisms are celebrated as a community during mass or after the mass of your choice. A baptismal preparation program is required for parents and is required for parents. Parents should be aware that at least one Godparent needs to be a practicing Catholic. Arrangements for baptism may be made by contacting the parish offices at 669-8341 extension 20 and speaking with Sue Parker. For children older than 7 who have not been baptized, our parish offers a process that prepares them for full initiation into our faith. Children meet with the catechumenate catechist in weekly sessions similar to the ones for adults. (See Adult Formation and RCIA). When ready, these children will receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist at the Easter Vigil. For more details please contact Jack Armstrong at 669-8341 ext. 25
